1. Cancellation by User
You may cancel your Phanda Business OPS subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
How to Cancel:
1. Log in to your Phanda Business OPS account.
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription.
3. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.
2. No Refunds Upon Cancellation
- All payments are non-refundable, including unused portions of your subscription.
- Canceling does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining billing period.
3. Automatic Cancellation for Non-Payment
If payment fails (e.g., expired card), we will notify you and attempt to reprocess the payment. If the issue persists after **7 days**, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and access to the Service will be revoked.
4. Data Retention After Cancellation
- Your data will be stored for 30 days post-cancellation in case you wish to reactivate.
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
5. Reactivation
To resume service, simply log in and resubscribe. Historical data may be restored if reactivated within 30 days of cancellation.
