Phanda Business OPS Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After Sign-Up
By creating an account and subscribing to Phanda Business OPS (the "Service"), you acknowledge that all payments are **non-refundable**. Once you sign up and access the CRM and project management features, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unused subscription time
- Dissatisfaction with the Service
- Account cancellation before the end of the billing period

2. No Contract – Cancel Anytime
Phanda Business OPS operates on a no-contract basis, meaning you are not locked into a long-term commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, cancellations will not result in a refund for any remaining time in your billing cycle.

3. Account Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your account:
- You may do so at any time via your account dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

4. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate charges (must be reported within 7 days).
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification by our payment processor).
